Was that one long hiatus or what? Almost a year! I'm not gonna say everything that's happened in a year so I'll simplify it to the major things: I went to school, I've had 1 more girlfriend (that didn't last that long and it was really complicated..maybe I'll explain it another time), no jobs...can't think of anything else at the moment.
SO today. Went to school. Took the train with Jacky and that's always fun, we usually end up talking about world of warcraft at some point. Funny how that works out. She told me about someone's cat that died, that was really sad. I miss my kitty. OH YEAH! Snickers died, that was during the spring. I cried at school and everything. Sometimes I still feel like crying when I think about stuff she would do. Dang it, I'm doing it again. Anyway, at school I had the first day of the class vision, light, and color. I don't really care for science..well, that's a lie, I do, but I don't really care how I see color. We had half an hour of that class and then I had nothing to do for about 2 hours. So I texted a bunch of people and some people responded. Then I thought 'hey, I could call katie! cause I haven't...talked to her on the phone..yet." So yeah, you're thinking, who the hell is katie. Some might be thinking oh you mean kat? Nope, that would be another friend that is also sorta the girl (guy?) I dated. No, this is the girl I started talking to a while back not sure when it was and I've recently started talking to her again and at some point in our conversation I said "so um you should give me your number." Mind you, this person lives in NY and that's far away. I know, I have the best taste in people, they always live an hour if not states away, awesome. Go me. But she's awesome so shut up, I do what I want. So I was texting Dave at the time and I said I'm gonna trying calling her and I wasn't sure if I wanted to cause I didn't know if it was a bad time and I was nervous. I really shouldn't be, it's just talking, right? He said cool and I called and while I was listening to it ring I was half wanting someone to pick up and half not. I'm thinking what the hell am I gonna say besides I'm bored and I thought hey I'm gonna call you. And once I noticed the voicemail thing was happening I'm like, damn, what did she sound like, I missed it! and after the beep I said something like "hey, it's paula. I hope you know who this is...the online girl. um i was hoping this wasn't a bad time to call but I guess it is because you didn't pick up. if you want to call me back..ever..then I get out of class at around 5:30. so anyway..ok, bye." I can't remember everything at the end but it's close to that. When I was done I'm thinking the way I said ever was too much like saying "you don't want to call me back...EVER!" but that's not what I meant it to sound like. Anyway, I thought I sounded like an idiot but she said later that I didn't. I was hoping that she thought aw she doesn't know what she wants to say..not, she sounds like an idiot because she doesn't know what to say. Geez, this thing is way too long and about one thing but that was kinda the highlight of my day in a way. I felt accomplished and broke the ice. So score! And I drew a bit today. Score again!
This year I want to be a pirate again but using my wench outfit. This is what I got so far. And now I need another costume for a party I'm going to. haha I just thought of something, maybe I can use that flight attendant costume I got by mistake in the mail XD that would be funny. anyway..
My class went down to the Chicago Cultural Center and we saw a few exhibitions there and one of them was a bunch of modernist Ukrainian painters. Most of them were pretty cool but one guy stood out, his paintings were so awesome! He's my new favourite ^^
So Jacky was sick and had to go to the doctor and they sent her a not that said this... "Jaclyn was (what!?!) and unable to go to (where?!?!)" haha it's a secret doctor code! then I asked my dad cause he's kinda doctorish and has bad hand writing and he said it says: "Jaclyn was sick and unable to go to school" he got it right away haha I hope you doctor people know this secret code too, whoever you are!
The L Word season 3 is coming out on dvd Oct 24th!!!!!! I WANT IT! of course I have to buy the second season too but I've already seen it so I can buy that anytime :) I think I'll watch some L word tonight, always gets me in a good mood...not that I'm in a bad mood..
OH! and there's a chance that I might have TWO classes with one of my favorite teachers teaching it...DUNCAN! woooo! I don't know what classes yet though, probably html is one of them. I have to wait for my schedule to come, that school lady finally fixed it, I don't really care anymore what classes I take as long as I have one class with Duncan and the schedule actually works, no overlapping stuff.
I went on another music downloading rampage and got some really good stuff! Some of my favourite stuff in there was stuff by E.S. Posthumus and Asobi Seksu (it means "playful sex", that's funny haha), if you don't know them already you should. You actually would probably know some of E.S. Posthumus stuff already, they do music that has been put in movies and tv. So I listened to all the stuff I downloaded and danced crazy to it (that is if it was music you can dance to) haha it was fun!
I work at the Bristol Renaissance Faire! and you guys have to come see me one day! just ask if I'm working when you're going. I'm gonna be working at one of the food places at the counter. not exactly sure where yet, they haven't called to tell me yet.
Good news and sucky news. Good news is that it looks like I might actually get a Vespa but the sucky news is that I might need to get a drivers license to get a motorcycle license. Oh well, that's ok I guess as long as I don't get the same drivers test guy and I don't freak out or something. And if I actually get a drivers license I can prove to everyone that I don't need one cause I won't want to use it anyway, hooray.
Yes! Another disaster movie! But this time Japan is sinking! Hense the title, "The Sinking of Japan" or "Nihon Chin Botsu" or is that chinbotsu? I don't know if that matters. Anyway, looks awesome, watch the trailer
dang it, this is why I don't let my sister use my stuff. she starts off having fun taking pictures of herself on my phone and then she accidentally deletes all my pictures on my phone. thanks, val! it's my phone's fault though, the options 'delete this' and 'delete all' are right next to each other. thanks, phone!
